Our Community Council

Wentlooge Community Council meets 11 times a year. There is no meeting in August.

The meetings are rotated between St. Brides and Peterstone Village Halls. Meetings take place on the third Tuesday of the month, unless otherwise stated, and are advertised on this website and the village notice boards.

The meetings consist of consideration and discussion of local planning applications, problems and opportunities within the two communities which are then reported and taken up with the relevant authorities.

Our vision statement is – To enhance and protect the rural character of the Wentlooge area by improving its visual appearance, advocating for safe and well-maintained road infrastructure, and ensuring that planning decisions reflect the long-term needs of the community.
